Gam Café Restaurant is not only a place for a break during the visit to the collections, but it is also a space integrated into the Museum’s offering where wine, food and art meet.
Wine and food are the protagonists of tasting, events and conferences, educational projects, also focussing on food, designed for schools, families and groups to increase awareness about healthy eating habits and social and environmental sustainability.
It is an innovative approach to the purpose of a Museum cafeteria and restaurant: a place where to promote sociality, implement cultural production, have fun and learn.
The menu is rich and varied and follows the principles of seasonality and "zero-mile" food, a combination of tradition and innovation. The dishes of traditional cuisine and famous chefs are carefully prepared with an eye to innovation and respect of traditional knowledge.
Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Closed Mondays (also on public holidays).
